Neil Campbell

President, Tropicana Beverages North America

Neil Campbell is president of Tropicana Beverages North America, the beverage business that integrates all of PepsiCo’s North American juice businesses into one operating unit based out of Chicago.

Prior to being named Tropicana president in December 2007, Neil had enjoyed an extensive 15-year PepsiCo career.  He joined the company in 1993 as a marketer within Walkers, PepsiCo’s UK snack foods business and progressed through a variety of marketing positions, including leading the marketing functions of Smiths Food Group in the Netherlands, Walkers in the UK and then PepsiCo UK, which combined Walkers, Quaker and Tropicana.  In 2005 he moved into general management heading the Walkers business.

Neil is a graduate of Cambridge University where he studied law.  He also holds a “barrister at law” qualification from the Middle Temple.

Neil and his wife, Cath, have two young sons, Joe and Charlie.
